Our mission is to bring joy to children.
We are Happy Preschool – a place where children feel happy, safe, and respected.
Our first group opened in 2013 in Slatina, and since then, we've walked a wonderful journey together.
A few years ago, we joyfully celebrated our 10th anniversary.
Over time, we've grown and expanded to other parts of Brno – today you can also find us in Žabovřesky, Medlánky, and Starý Lískovec.
We're grateful that this allows us to be closer to families looking not only for childcare, but also for an environment full of understanding, joy, and discovery.
Our work truly fulfills us, and we're thankful to create with you those special moments that children will carry with them throughout their lives.

From the very beginning, I wanted to create a place where children could experience joy, fun, and discovery.
I wished for them to have the opportunity to enjoy a diverse program — from yoga, sauna sessions, and mindfulness to preschool preparation.
I believe that children are our future, and that's why it's so important to me to support their development in every way — with respect, love, and an individual approach.
Mgr. Tereza Špačková
I have been working at Happy Preschool for several years and even though you won't see me around the children very often, I am well versed in the operation and you can contact me at any time in the absence of the head teacher or the aunts.
My task is to ensure the satisfaction of the parents, but also the cohesion of the entire Happy team and positive relationships between our aunts. I will be happy to help you with any questions, arrange a personal meeting and am here for you whenever you need.
Kateřina Žvanutová
I have been working at Happy Preschool since it was founded. As a mother of two children, I know very well how important it is to find a place where a child feels safe, accepted, and happy. That is why a personal approach, open communication, and mutual trust are the absolute foundation for me.
At Happy, I am responsible for communication with families who are interested in entrusting us with the care of their children. I will be happy to introduce you to our environment, answer all your questions, and guide you through the first steps on the journey toward joining our children's group.
Eliška Filípková
I have been part of the Happy Preschool team for several years, and I am very happy to be part of an environment where a kind and individual approach to every child is truly valued.
At our branches in the Brno Technology Park, I am responsible for administration and ensuring the smooth operation of all three children's groups – Kids Nest, Happy Nest, and Baby Nest. I also provide organizational support to the group leaders.
I also spend time directly with the children, and their joy and spontaneity remind me every day why this work is so meaningful.
Bc. Zuzana Filípková
I have been part of Happy Preschool since its foundation, and as a Back Office Manager I ensure the smooth running of administration and organization across all our branches.
I am a special education teacher specializing in communication techniques, and I have long been involved in training future nannies, preparing and educating them for working with children in children's groups in Brno and the surrounding area.
You may also meet me directly at our branches, where I occasionally step in for my colleagues.
When working with children, an empathetic approach and understanding of children's needs are key values for me.
